- Privacy Policy: BP retains your name and email address for in-house use, but doesn’t share them with anyone else.
- BP E-books: All our e-books come in PDF format, and are available for download immediately after checkout. Your computer or tablet probably has a PDF reader installed, but if it doesn’t, then click HERE to get one.
- Answer Keys: All BP workbooks come with free ebook answer keys. BP does not offer hardcopy answer keys.
- Returns: We’re sorry, but we can’t accept returns on e-books. We do refund hardcopies, provided the buyer pays return shipping and the books arrive in new condition. We may charge a 20% fee for damaged books.
