Year One, Ancients

Option One:

1 For students who complete all of BP Year One, including both Hands-On Maps and Hands-On Asia.
2 Parents and teachers who wish to apply literature credit must assign at least one classic per unit from BP’s Scheduled Book List for Grades 8 – 12, along with an appropriate amount of work from the study guides for those classics.

Year Two, Medieval

Option One:

1 credit for Medieval History and Geography1
1 credit for Medieval Literature2
1 elective credit for Church History
Option Two:

½ credit for World History, Part Two
plus
½ credit for World Geography, Part Two1
1 credit for Medieval Literature2
1 elective credit for Church History
1 For students who complete all of BP Year Two, including both Hands-On Maps and Hands-On Europe.

Year Three, Early Modern: U.S. and World History Track

1 credit for Early Modern History (U.S. and World)1

1 For students who complete all of BP Year Three plus the first half of Hands-On Presidents.
2 For students who complete both Hands-On Maps and the first half of Hands-On States.

4 Parents and teachers who wish to apply literature credit must assign at least one classic per unit from BP’s Scheduled Book List for Grades 8 – 12, along with an appropriate amount of work from the study guides for those classics.

Year Three, Early Modern: U.S. History Track
(For students who need a full U.S. History credit in one year with a focus on Early American History)
