We provide full refunds for BiblioPlans that:
- are returned within 30 days
- are returned with the original shrink wrap unopened
- are in resalable condition
If a BiblioPlan is returned with the shrink wrap opened, to ensure completeness and like-new condition for the next customer, we must inspect each page and then take it for re-shrink wrapping. BiblioPlans that are returned with opened shrink wrap and that are complete and in like-new condition will be refunded the full purchase price following a $5.00 restocking fee.
