In the 2005 or an older version of America and the World 1600-1850, there is an optional companion ebook. The ebook is scanned pages from books in The Cambridge Introduction to History by Trevor Cairns. This series is currently out of print, and BiblioPlan was granted academic copying permission by Cambridge University Press to produce an ebook; however, we will not sell this companion ebook after April 2009. It provides the selected pages from the series that are referenced in our 2005 lesson plans.  The reading is for 7th/8th grade level readers, and adds depth to these older students’ study. This companion ebook is not in the 2008 version of America and the World 1600-1850.  We have replaced it with Streams of Civilization Vol. 2 (Christian Liberty Press).  If you have purchased a 2005 version and you would like a 2008 version, please email us, and we will be glad to send you the new 2008 version of America and the World 1600-1850 ebook for no fee.
